Overseeing the whole QA Department and strategically plan quality related matters:
1. QA Advise
- Raise quality problems to the respective party such as Production Department Head and Production Section Head and ensure corrective action taken.
- Analyze daily QA reports and compile into useful statistical charts/diagrams.
- Follow-up on corrective action implementation and ensure effectiveness.
- Responsible to conduct basic quality control training to the QA and Production Personnel.
- Ensure that all corrective and preventive action taken is effective or to a level that commensurate with the risks encountered.
- To improve company’s Quality Management System to enhance the management.
- Responsible for establishing all test and inspection procedures such as Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection Procedure.
- Ensuring that the inspection and test method is carried out and is effective in detective products.
2. Coordinate with Management, Customers & Suppliers
- To liaise with customers on customer complaint.
- To liaise with suppliers on incoming raw material quality issues
- Report the Quality Management System performance to the management.
3. Qualifications
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the steel industry.
- Preferably specializing in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, understanding of other languages is an added advantage.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Well understand and hands on of ISO 9000 quality system and processes.
- Capable to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
- Strong planning, problem solving skills, aggressive, good team player and self-starter.
- Possess application knowledge of QC tools.
Production Engineer

- Assist Production Department Head to overseeing the Production Department in which consist of Wire Drawing, Galvanizing, Gabion, Round Bar, Packing/Delivery and Material Control Section.
- Process improvements and product developments.
- To plan and lead Production Personnel towards company direction.
- To liaise with QA/QC Department for quality issue.
- To ensure that all production processes are carried out under controlled situation.
- To carry out corrective and preventive action when required.
- To liaise with Maintenance Department on machine modification and preventive action.
- To ensure the smooth material control flow at respective Production Section.
- To motivate the Production Personnel and ensure all middle management are leading by example.
- To help Production Personnel to solve their work related problems.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any related engineering field or equivalent.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in the steel industry.
- Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, understanding of other languages is an added advantage.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Extensive exposure and well versed with ISO standard and requirement in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in wire drawing and galvanizing technology is an added advantage.
- Able to prepare production schedule, reports and analysis for production activities.
- Self-motivated, possess strong initiative, a team player and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with support groups to achieve targets.

Work with Top Management to strategically plan electricity supply and maintenance activities:
1. Electrical Supply and Maintenance Advise
- Responsible for new and maintenance work on all electrical system
- Carry out installation, maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear and trouble-shooting of electrical wiring system, air-conditional system, firefighting system as well as other building service
- Ready to attend breakdown immediately
- To record and maintain proper log book for all checking or inspection in accordance to the requirement of Energy Commission
- Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption as well as,initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure
- Perform other job as assigned
2. Coordinate with external agencies
- Liaise with TNB, Energy Commission and all other authorities on legal requirements
- Factory License and Permit application through external agencies websites
3. Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO - 11KV)
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in the related filled is required in this position.
